The more artistic freedom I’m given in a tattoo the more likely you are to get tattooed.

1. In your email include the best way to reach you (texting will always be faster. Include your phone number.)

2. Include a brief or detailed description of the tattoo concept. With the desired size and placement.

3. You are welcome to attach any references you might have or may want me to use. Please attach the highest resolution image you may have.

4. I will contact you as soon as possible. Regarding your inquiry and a weblink to your consent form.

5. Have any form of government identification with your age ready. You will need it to fill out the consent form.
